From the factory, the supercharged ZR1 provides over 600 hp of raw American muscle car power. If you upgraded your C6 ZR1 for even more power, then our twin disc clutch solves the problem, its made for cars with serious power issues! The stock clutch on the ZR1 Corvette is made for stock horsepower levels and wont last long under repeated high rpm launches. The Mantic USA 9000 series twin disc is designed to handle up to 850 ft-lbs torque at the wheels, and still drive like the stock clutch assembly. If you need more capacity, check out the Mantic ZR1 Triple Disc Clutch. The twin disc is ideal for performance upgrades like a pulley swap, headers, cam, intake etc. Built with our premium ceremetallic friction material, this kits is designed to handle more heat and extended clutch durability. The all billet construction means precision tolerances during the manufacturing process and no flex at high rpm driving.

Driving your C6 Corvette with a Mantic Clutch is easy, pedal effort remains relatively low, with approximately 12-15% increase over the OE clutch pedal feel. NOTE: Capacity will vary with use and type of power adder being utilized.

This Mantic Clutch kit uses our unique sprung center with cushioned ceremetallic triple discs. This means more torque capacity and heat resistance while retaining excellent drivability. The Mantic ZR1 clutch uses dual 9" diameter discs that greatly reduces the Moment of Inertia (MOI) for a seamless transition of power between gears. More horsepower to the ground as well as quicker precise shifts is the huge benefit over the stock clutch. The lightweight flywheel allows quicker revs compared to the heavier OE units.

Completely Rebuildable
The clutch is modular in construction for ease of service and is completely rebuildable. The red clutch cover and components are machined from billet stock adding strength and durability. 100% Billet construction will not flex under heavy usage like other stamped steel units.
