In-stock parts: Usually ship in 1–2 business days.
Oversized / freight items (e.g., engines): We’ll contact you with a freight quote and timing.
Special orders / backorders: We’ll email ETA updates as soon as we have them.
Business days are Mon–Fri, excluding holidays.
Standard Ground (most parts): Typically 3–8 business days depending on destination.
Express (eligible small items): 1–2 business days; availability and cost shown at checkout.
Freight (engines & large assemblies): Delivery time depends on carrier routing and services selected (e.g., liftgate).
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Standard items: Rates are shown at checkout and are based on order details (price/weight, destination, and carrier).
Freight items (engines/large assemblies): Checkout will show “Freight — Quote Required”.
After you place the order, we’ll email the actual freight quote (including any accessorials like liftgate or residential delivery).
Your shipment will be released after the freight invoice is paid.
Split shipments: Your order may ship in multiple boxes/from multiple warehouses. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Shipping charges (standard or freight) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
For freight deliveries, please tell us if:
The address is residential (not a commercial dock),
You need a liftgate, appointment, or limited-access delivery,
There are special instructions (e.g., gated community).
Additional carrier fees (liftgate, redelivery, storage, address corrections, missed appointments) are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed if incurred.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Carrier address-correction fees or redelivery fees are the customer’s responsibility once a shipment is in transit.
We’ll email tracking as soon as your order ships.
High-value orders may require a signature at delivery for fraud prevention.
Inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
If damage or shortage is visible, note it on the driver’s paperwork (BOL) before signing (freight) and take clear photos.
Report any damage/shortage within 48 hours to support@machyetiracing.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll assist with carrier claims and replacements according to carrier and manufacturer policies.
If damage isn’t reported promptly or isn’t noted on freight paperwork, carriers may deny claims.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or international destinations, email support@machyetiracing.com for a custom quote.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur return freight and carrier fees, which are deducted from refunds.
