🔧 Mach Yeti Racing Return & Warranty Policy

At Mach Yeti Racing, we stand behind the products we sell. To keep things fair for our customers and our team, all returns and warranty claims follow these guidelines:

📦 Returns

  • All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) before being sent back. To request an RGA, please contact us with your order number and details.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Installed or modified products cannot be returned.

  • A $4.50 processing fee will apply to each RGA.

  • Special-order items are non-returnable and may carry additional manufacturer freight or handling fees.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

  • For freight items (such as crate engines or large assemblies), the customer is responsible for both outbound freight and any return freight unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed.

🛡️ Warranty

  • Warranty claims are valid only before installation. Once a part has been installed, used, or altered, it is no longer covered.

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. If confirmed defective, the part will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

  • Shipping charges (both outbound and return) are not covered under warranty.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order items.

  • Used, installed, or altered parts.

  • Items missing original packaging or components.

✅ How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at

    with your order number

  2. We’ll issue you an RGA and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping).

  4. Once inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement minus any applicable fees.

👊 Bottom Line

We’re racers too — we get that sometimes parts don’t work out. We’ll always work with you to make it right, but return shipping costs and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. This ensures we can keep offering the best pricing and fastest support in the industry.
