Skyjacker re-engineered the Super Dutys suspension via an outstanding 8.5-inch 4-Link Conversion. Replace your OEM radius arms with integrated radius arm drop brackets plus upper and lower adjustable control arms. Formed from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of control arms are adjustable Flex Links. The adjustability allows proper caster settings to improve handling. Flex Links have a forked clevis end at the lower axle mount. The upper bracket mount has 1-1/4 in. forged rod end with RB style rubber bushing. Skyjacker's legendary Softride(R) technology engineered processes achieve maximum wheel travel, ride quality and extends the long-lasting life of the coil spring. Skyjacker specifically engineered this Variable Rate Coil Spring for the Super Duty 4WD Gas to deliver a smoother ride. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. A drop pitman corrects steering angle. Lowering brackets realign the front sway bar for maximum sway control. Drop spacers reposition the front bump stops. Front brake line extension brackets correctly reposition the brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket corrects and enforces the stabilizer connection. Softride(R) Technology leaf springs have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon(R) wear pads between leafs help eliminate friction. E-brake relocation brackets, bump stop spacers, rear braided stainless steel brake line extensions and rear exhaust hanger brackets are included. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX 2.0 has a race-inspired full-displaced valving system.
